The San Diego Foundation’s 2022-23 Common Scholarship Application is now available for local students. The application, application instructions, and resources can be accessed at SDFoundation.org/CSA.
Please spread the word to students, parents, colleagues, and others who may benefit from these scholarship opportunities.
The deadline to complete the application is Thursday, March 10, at 2 pm
With California producing the most Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) applications in the nation, the financial need for local students pursuing post-secondary education residents is clear.
Each year, the foundation’s Common Scholarship Application provides students access to more than 100 scholarship opportunities with awards ranging from $1,000 to more than $5,000. Some scholarships can be renewed for multiple years to help offset the financial burden for a student’s entire undergraduate career.
Scholarships are open to:
- Graduating high school seniors
- Current college students (undergraduate or graduate)
- Adult re-entry students
- Students with financial need (includes middle income families)
- Students attending four-year universities, community colleges, or career/technical schools
