Kota Kinabalu: Firoz Randan, a member of the Pentasan Association, invited students to start the new school session with a determination to succeed, while also adhering to standard operating procedures. “Kids who are about to start the school session, they will definitely be excited because I am sure they lost the atmosphere of the school, meet the teachers and friends for a long time.
“Let us not forget that efforts to pursue our ambitions must continue even though the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over,” he said in a statement, here on Sunday. Feroz, who is also the chairperson of Sabah Bersatu Armada, reminded students and teachers to always be vigilant and not be neglectful of the dangers of Covid-19. “I really hope that we all take care of each other, parents and teachers as well as students, we are all watching each other, maintaining standard operating procedures and always praying to protect us and keep us from contracting Covid-19. It would definitely be disappointing if they were there,” Fairouz added. Cases of injury in schools will affect the school session later.”
Firoz also said that more than 200 students around Kota Belud attended the free back-to-school haircutting program organized by the Bentasan State District Office. “I am so glad so many people came to celebrate our event and get free haircuts,” he said. The two-day event has continued since Saturday. * Follow us on Instagram and join our Telegram and/or WhatsApp channel(s) to get the latest news you don’t want to miss.
