CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) – The Casper Area Education Foundation Board of Trustees is now accepting applications for their 2022 Trustee Scholarship.
All graduating seniors from Natrona County High School, Kelly Walsh High School, Roosevelt High School, and Midwest can apply. The application looks at three main categories: student’s goals for the future, their experience in the school district, and how they plan to give back to the community.
Any student who plans to go to a college, university, trade school, military academy, or study abroad program can be considered for this scholarship.
NCSD says with graduation a few months away, now is the perfect time for seniors to begin looking at scholarship opportunities.
“It’s going to be here sooner than we think. It’s really important, not only for the ED Foundation Scholarship, but for all the other opportunities out there to help support students as they look towards their next steps after graduation, to really be looking into those,” said Tanya Southerland, the Director of Public Relations for Natrona County School District.
Students are encouraged to reach out to their school counselors if they have any questions.
