Fee-free places in Job Trainer program at International Teacher Training Academy – News Of The Area

The International Teacher Training Academy (ITTA), based in Coffs Harbor, has free places available under the government’s career coach program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who needs to earn a TAE40116 IV Certificate in Training and Evaluation (TAE) to enable them to teach at a TAFE or train and assess at a registered training organization, said Caroline Fletcher, Director of the International Teacher Training Academy.

The No Fee Recovery Skill – Job Coach is available to those who live or work in NSW and meet one of the following six criteria.

Currently employed (seeking a TAE qualification).

– Recipient of Commonwealth Allocations.

Young people (age 16-20).

Unemployed (not a Commonwealth Pension recipient).

– vulnerable to unemployment (people expected to become unemployed).

Recognized veteran or partner.

Indigenous students, students with disabilities, scholarship students and refugees and asylum seekers are eligible for free qualifications training under the Smart and Skilled programme.

The ITTA has put together a face-to-face program for those who wish to obtain the fourth certificate in TAE.

The workshops will start on Friday, April 8th.

Classes will be held two days once a month (Friday and Saturday).
