Incoming Student Info – McPherson College

First-time Freshmen Enrollment

All First-time freshmen and their parents/guardians are invited to attend an enrollment orientation day. These dates are created to help students and their families finalize all paperwork, answer questions, learn about services available to students, and meet other families. Acceptance to McPherson College as well as the deposit is required to participate in Enrollment Orientation.

Once you have registered you will be sent additional details about the day including a pre-enrollment questionnaire that must be completed and returned at least four days in advance of your Enrollment Day.

As an alternative to the above dates, Automotive Restoration students may choose the enrollment day on the afternoon of Friday, May 6 the day prior to the CARS Show.

Transfer Student Enrollment

Transfer students are enrolled’ by the registrar’s office on a first come first served basis after transfer students have completed the pre-registration process listed below. The enrollment process will begin as early as May 2. The registrar’s office will email the student’s class schedule once enrolled and will offer a phone or Zoom appointment to talk through the schedule with the student.

In order for transfer students to be enrolled, they must have completed the following:
  • Submit Transcripts
    Students must submit an Official Transcript from their most recent college/university, and official or unofficial transcripts from all other colleges/universities they have attended.
  • Complete Transfer Pre-enrollment Questionnaire
    This will be in the pre-registration packet emailed to deposited transfer students beginning in April.
