A note about health and safety

The safety of our students is our top priority. The dates and details listed above are subject to change as Northwestern follows local, state, and federal health guidelines and guidelines. Students will be notified of changes via Purple Prep emails throughout the summer.

COVID-19 safety declaration

When entering events during parental and family guidance, you agree to comply with local, state, and university guidelines for in-person events. All guests must wear masks indoors and fully vaccinate or receive a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours.

Northwestern is pleased to be able to offer a rapid COVID-19 antigen test to campus visitors. Visitors may include prospective students, Northwestern event attendees, and family or friends visiting campus.

Get to know the family ambassadors

Family Ambassadors are a group of 26 distinguished students in Northwestern who have a range of experiences and can’t wait to share them all with family members for our latest Wildcats. Family Ambassadors assist in implementing parent and family guidance during the Wildcat Welcome and will interact with family members throughout the program to ensure all questions are answered and needs are met.
