The Polk State College Foundation Scholarship application for the 2022-2023 academic year will open from 8 a.m. February 1 to 5 p.m. February 28.
The Foundation annually awards approximately $1 million in scholarships to Polk State students.
Students can visit polk.academicworks.com for more information and to begin the scholarship application process when it opens.
It is important to note that individuals interested in applying must ensure that they are registered as Polk State students. Prospective students must submit a free online application to Polk State. Students who have not taken courses for three consecutive semesters must re-apply and be re-admitted to the College as a returning student.

Applications will be reviewed and graded by an independent panel, and notifications will be sent via email to all applicants in May.
Foundation grants will be available for use beginning in the fall of the current year and may be used in later terms until fully spent, expired, or terminated in accordance with donor requirements.
