Savvy Cleaner Announces Scholarships for Residential

CHARLOTTE, NC, Dec 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Savvy Cleaner, the rapidly growing center for house cleaning training, has announced a new initiative to educate house cleaners and maids through the launch of a scholarship program. Scholarship applications can be submitted now.

“As of 2020, there were 128.45 million households in the United States, all of which needed cleaning,” says Angela Brown, CEO of Savvy Cleaner. “Covid-19 closed schools and sent parents home from work. Families that were vacant all day suddenly became active 24/7 by entire families, and the demand for house cleaning rose dramatically.”

Home cleaning companies are on the rise

“The pandemic has sparked the need for flexible scheduling, which has lured many adults away from their 9-5 jobs in the cleaning profession,” says Angela Brown, CEO of Savvy Cleaner. “It is the proper training, tools, and techniques that will prevent these new cleaning companies from experimenting with expensive appliances or surfaces for their customers.”

According to the Home Cleaning Centers, last year nearly 10% of all American households paid a professional cleaning service for their homes. US contract cleaning services revenue is expected to increase 2.2% annually in nominal dollars through 2025, according to Contract Cleaning Services: United States, a recent report by Freedonia Focus Reports.
